Srinagar, Nov 02: Condemning the killing of BJP leader Anil Parihar and his brother in Kisthwar district yesterday, senior CPI(M) leader and MLA Kulgam, Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has termed the incident as heinous, barbaric and demanded that perpetrators should be identified and brought to book. It has sent shock waves into Chenab valley and everyone is pained and grieved irrespective of reflection. CPI(M) shares the grief and sorrow of bereaved family.

Our state has always been an abode of communal harmony, rich traditions of brotherhood, which stood test of times even during the difficult phase of turmoil in the state. The attack is an attempt to disrepute the plural ethos of the State.
