LEH, OCTOBER 29: Deputy Commissioner Leh, Avny Lavasa today administered oath to the 13 elected members of 1st Municipal Committee Leh.
On the occasion, Member Legislative Assembly Leh Nawang Rigzin Jora, Councilors, leaders, religious heads, head of departments and others were also present.
