Srinagar: Kashmir Editors Guild (KEG) on Friday expressed grief over the demise of Professor Sukhdev Singh Jamwal, father of ‘Kashmir Times’ Editor, Prabodh Jamwal.
Prof Singh, according to family sources passed away at his Gandhi Nagar residence in Jammu on Friday morning. He was later cremated in the afternoon at the Jogi Gate, crematorium Jammu.
Prof Singh was a renowned teacher who spend his lifetime educating the youth. He was not keeping good health for some time now.
KEG, while expressing solidarity with the bereaved family prays for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
