Jammu: Nine years after evading arrest in a case of rash driving and causing accident, a man was arrested Monday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district, police said.
The man, Surender Kumar, had been absconding since 2009 and was arrested from Hiranagar, they said.
He was booked in a case of rash driving and causing accident, they said.
