Srinagar, Oct 03: Clashes erupted in Lal Chowk area of Anantnag town in south Kashmir on Wednesday after the government forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation in the area.
Reports said that youth took to streets and clashed with the government forces after the latter launched searches in the area.
They said that shopkeepers lowered their shutters following the clashes.
