SHOPIAN: A wreath-laying event was held on Friday in District Police Lines Shopian where tributes were paid to slain policemen Nisar Ahmad, Firdous Ahmad and Kuldeep Singh who were killed by suspected militants.
A police spokesperson said that civil and Police Officers led by IGP Kashmir S.P Pani laid floral wreaths and paid rich tributes to the slain cops.
“Among others, DIG SKR, SSP Shopian, SSP Awantipora, SSP Kulgam, SSP Pulwama and other officers and jawans were present,” the spokesman said.
