Funding case: Zahoor Watali gets bail

Srinagar: Delhi High Court on Thursday granted bail to Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Ahmad Watali in alleged funding case.

According to reports, he has to furnish a personal bail bond of Rs 2 lakh rupees with surety of same amount and submit his passport.

Watali has been lodged in Tihar jail since his arrest by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in August last year.

Watali is the third accused who has been granted bail in alleged funding case.

Earlier this year, Photojournalist Kamran Yousuf and a Kulgam youth Javed Ahmad Bhat were granted bail by the court.
