Srinagar, Sep 08: Six persons have been booked under Public Safety Act in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday and sent to Central Jail, Kot Bhilwal Jammu.
Those booked have been identified as Mohammad Lateef Dar of Zawoora, Mohammad Hussain Wagay of Nagbal, Ghulam Jeelani Gatoo of Banabazar, Bilal Ahmad Bhat of Chek Cholan, Faisal Amin Mir of Bona Bazar and Shakeel Ahmad Thokar of Meemender.
A police official said the accused were booked for their “involvement in various militancy-related cases”.
