Srinagar: Unknown Gunmen on Saturday afternoon shot dead a youth near Nasim Bagh area of Hazratbal in Srinagar.
“On the basis of ID card recovered from the slain, he has been identified as Ishfaq Ahmad, Student of Islamic University, police started a further investigation,” said an official.
This is the second killing by unknown gunmen in the Valley today.
Earlier in the day, a Hurriyat (G) activist Rehman Sultani was shot dead outside his home in Bomai area of Sopore.
