Baramulla: Scores of students staged strong protest demonstration on Tuesday in Uri against mysterious death of Muskan whose body was spotted in a nearby forest of Trikanjan Boniyar Uri.
She had gone missing on 23 August.
Reports said that scores of students from Higher Secondary schools of Uri town staged protest demonstration in main market Uri while demanding justice for Muskan.
Meanwhile, police have arrested the stepmother, step brother and three local persons for questioning in the murder and rape case of girl child.
Police sources confirmed that they have brought some people for questioning.
It is worth to mention that Boniyar area witnessed a complete shutdown on Monday against the alleged rape and murder of the teenage girl as the locals are demanding the immediate arrest of culprits involved in this heinous crime.
