Srinagar, Aug 20: Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission today announced that J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2018 (KAS) shall be conducted on September 02, 2018.

According to a notification issued by JKPSC, the examination will be conducted in two sessions. The Forenoon session will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and the Afternoon session will be from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM.

The Admit Cards shall be available on the Commission’s website http://www.jkpsc.nic.in from 21 August 2018.

“However, in case, a candidate is not able to download his/her admit card and his/her name doesn’t figure in the deficiency/rejection notice dated: 17.08.2018, he or she may represent before the Commission by or before 25.08.2018 with a valid proof of having filled in Online Application form and online fee, failing which it shall be presumed that they are not interested in appearing in the said exam and no claim whatsoever after 25.08.2018 shall be entertained,” the notification read.

The candidates have been advised to take a printout of the admit card well in advance to avoid last minute rush.
