Civil Society Jammu Kashmir Office Bearers hold meet

Srinagar Aug 11: An importance and emergency meeting of civil society Jammu Kashmir was convened today at the central office under the chairmanship of Mohammed Altaf Bhat.

The meeting was attended by Gh Mohd Bhat, Chairman, Mohd Suliman Bhat ,Vice Chairman and Showkat Hakeem Cheif Organiser among others.

While discussing article 35A, it was unanimously agreed upon during the session that the Civil Society is ready to sacrifice anything for safeguarding the Article 370 and 35-A.

The session appealed the Supreme Court not to tinker with 370 & 35-A, keeping in view the aspirations of state.

The session appealed the Governor that the 7th pay commission arrears of retired employees may be paid in one installment before Eid.

Session appealed the Govt to provide necessities to the common masses of the State and to include SSA teachers in 7th pay commission as they have been performing their duties with full dedication and sincerity and also keeping in view the fact that they are the builders of the Nation.

Further the civil society in one voice has requested to the Governor administration to direct the all drawing and disbursing officers to release the salary of all the employees before Eid  and also to regularize the services of PDL’s ,CCl’s, need base.
