ADC Budgam conducts tour of Chrar-e-Sharif

BUDGAM, AUGUST 09: Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam Khursheed Ahmad Shah today toured Chrar-e-Sharief and its adjustment localities to have an on the spot assessment of pace and progress of the projects/schemes initiated under various schemes presently going on in the area.

The ADC was accompanied by SDM Chadoora, CEO Doodpathri, Ex.En. R&B, PHE Chadoora, Ex. En. Floriculture, ARTO Budgam, and other officials.

During the visit, the ADC paid obeisance at the shrine of Hazrat Sheikh Noor-u- din Wali (RA). Many delegations met the ADC and apprised him about issues/problems particularly beautification of peripheries and surroundings of the shine and Khankah, fast-track completion of construction work of shopping complex, improvement of drainage system, construction of washrooms, dumping of garbage at a suitable location, traffic decongestion, expansion of space around shrine and Khankah to accommodate impending rush of devotees during holy events.

While responding to the issues/demands raised by the people, the ADC assured that every effort will be made to address the issues on priority for the greater benefit of the general population.
