SRINAGAR, JULY 31: A simple but impressive function was organized at Civil Secretariat here to bid farewell to Hemant Kumar Sharma, Commissioner/Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department on his attaining superannuation.
Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, Administrative Secretaries and senior officers participated in the function.
Chief Secretary lauded the contribution of the officer over his three and a half decade long service rendered in different capacities with dedication and zeal.
He wished the officer success in all his future endeavours.
