ANANTNAG, JULY 24: District Development Commissioner Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik along with Engineers of Town Drainage and revenue officers today visited the 03 sites identified for construction of Dewatering /Drainage pump stations in Anantnag Town.
The construction of pump house / sump / intake channel will be undertaken at Gangiwara, Bilal colony near Asiijipora Bridge and BaitangooKhanabal.
AEE, Town Drainage Division Anantnag highlighting on the silent features of the project stated that 03 No. of Dewatering / Drainage pump stations in Anantnag town in the location of Gangiwara, Bilal colony, BaitangooKhanabal (ward No. 6,7 & 8) on 75.15 will be a lift type scheme to be constructed at an estimated cost of RS. 480.00lacs including the mechanical cost of Rs. 298.05lacs and civil cost of Rs.181.95lacs.
The DDC, directed the revenue department to prepare the necessary paperwork and AEE, TDS. (South) Anantnag to submit the same to the office of Ex. Engineer Town Drainage Division Kashmir for further necessary action.
