Two missing boys traced: Police

Srinagar, Jul 19: A missing boy was traced by Police Station Rainawari and was reunited with his family, a police spokesman said.

He said police traced out the missing mentally-unsound boy from Srigufwara area of Anantnag after making an appeal on social media.

Police had on July 17, 2018 appealed general public through social media to help in tracing a missing deaf and dumb boy.

Later some people called Police Station regarding the said missing boy and finally he was traced out from Srigufwara area of Anantnag and was handed over to his parents, spokesman said.

Spokesman also informed that another minor boy was also traced and handed over to his parents by Budgam Police.

A minor boy Momin Bashir (6-years-old), son of Bashir Ahmad Dhobi, resident of Dadikadal Tankipora Shaheed Gunj, who had gone missing from his maternal home at Ompora, Budgam, was traced out police and later on he was handed over to his family.
