Shaheen Stars defeats PCC Tarzova by 7 runs

Chanderhama: In the ongoing 15th SNW Memorial Cricket Trophy, Shaheen Stars Chanderhama after winning the toss elected to bat first and set the target of 142 runs.

Mohammad Irfan played sensible innings and contributed 36 runs, while as Ishfaq Lone added quick 20 runs to the tally. Danish, Amir and Yousuf took 2 wickets each for PCC Tarzova.

In reply, PCC Tarzova lost early wickets and at one stage they were 70 for the loss of 7 wickets and then Parvaiz and Mohammad Yousuf made a good partnership and thereby taking his closer to the set target, but fell short of 7 runs at the end.

Parvaiz contributed 55, while as Mohammad Yousif added 25 runs. Mohammad Irfan and Khurshid took 3 wickets each for Shaheen Star Chanderhama.

Mohammad Irfan was declared as Man of the match for his splendid Performance with both bat and ball.

Khurshid was awarded best moment of the match for his lethal bowling.
