Pattan: In the inaugural match of Pattan Super League on Wednesday, Pattan A defeated YCC SHAREEF-ABAD by 7 wickets
After winning the toss Pattan A opted to field first.
YCC SHAREEF-ABAD set a target of 163 runs at the loss of 5 wickets, Ajaz played a best knock of 43 runs and Rafiq contributed 33 runs to the total score. He was the highest scorer from his team, whereas Nasir shah bowled very well at the economy of 3/36 and Iqbal 2/22.
In reply, Pattan A completed the score of 163/3 in just 12.2 overs with the help of tremendous innings of Aaqib who scored 69 runs and Aabid Shabir scored 46 runs, whereas Maqbool, iliyas and Ghulam Mohamad took 1 wicket each.
Today’s chief guests were the present JK ranji trophy players, Mudasir and Waseem raza.
