ADC Budgam reviews status of biometric attendance system

BUDGAM, JULY 14: Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Mohammad Farooq Dar, Saturday convened a meeting of all district and sectoral officers to review the status of Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) in government offices across the district.

During the meeting, ADC emphasized that all government employees should ensure punctuality. He instructed that all employees who do not have Aadhaar must get themselves enrolled by July 17, 2018, at the designated centres.

ADC directed the employees who are having Aadhar to mark their attendance on AEBAS. Besides, he directed that all the government employees, including contractual, consolidated and casual workers in each department must be registered.

Further, the ADC called for ensuring immediate compliance with the instructions and procurement of the AEBAS devices where it has not been installed yet. The officers were asked to utilize services of DIO NIC for any technical support and contact appointed nodal officers for any further clarification.
