“While certain departments have submitted the details, the others have not responded so far,” the GAD order said.

The matter has been considered by the State Administrative Council in its meeting held on July 4, the order said.

“Based on the decision taken, the undersigned is directed to request the Administrative Secretaries to review the engagements of Advisors/Consultants in their Departments based on their merit/performance and submit all cases to the concerned Advisor by 06-07-2018 for a decision on continuation or termination of his/her engagement,” it said.

The General Administration Department should be apprised of the action taken by the Administrative Departments by July 9, 5.00 PM positively, the order said.

“The matter will be discussed, thereafter, in the State Administrative Council Meeting on July 11,” said an order issued by GAD.
