Srinagar, Jul 03: The Crime Branch of police has booked the then CEO Budgam Mohammed Rafi, and some other officials of CEO Budgam and Municipal Committee Budgam, besides on Ghulam Hassan Bhat of Wahdathpora Budgam in a case of fraud, cheating and impersonation to manage the selection of candidate as ReT under SSA Scheme for Primary School Mehdi-Colony in the year 2005.

The Crime Branch spokesperson said these officials misused their position to confer wrongful gain to one Tawheeda Akhter against corresponding wrongful loss to State Exchequer and one Ruqaya  Tasleem.
