Dilbagh Singh briefed the Advisor about the functioning of various jails and informed about prisoners’ welfare programmes being run in the jails.
Advisor to Governor asked for ensuring the security arrangements in the jails, which run strictly as per prescriptions in the jail manual, adequate medical arrangements and the welfare of the prisoners being assured.
