SRINAGAR, JUNE 25: A group of IPS officers from Sardar Vallabhbhhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, visited Police Headquarters here and interacted with Director General of Police Dr. S.P Vaid and other senior officers.
The group of 17 IPS officers including three women officers is on a study-cum-cultural tour to North India States as part of their basic training.
During interaction DGP discussed with the visiting probationary officers different facets of police in the state. He discussed the present security and law & order situation.
The interactive session was presided over by the DGP, Dr. S.P. Vaid and attended by IGP Headquarters PHQ, Anand Jain, SSP Budgam Tejinder Singh, AIG (P) PHQ Aftab Ahmad Kakroo and AIG (Policy & Training), PHQ Sameer Rekhi.
