3 school children injured in dog attack in Kangan

Srinagar, Jun 13: Three school children were injured after a rabid dog attacked them at a government school in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday.

The injured students were identified as Shabir Ahmad Lone (14), Sheikh Suhail Ahmad (8) and Masrat Jaan (7) – all students of Government High School Akhal Kangan.

An eye-witness said a dog entered the school premises and attacked the children when they were busy playing.

All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital where they were treated for injuries.
