Sopore, June 10: As a goodwill gesture, Sopore Police yesterday evening hosted an Iftaar party at District Police Lines Sopore.
A large number of respectable citizens as well as police and civil officials participated in the Iftaar party. The participants applauded the efforts of Sopore Police and expressed hope that more such initiatives will come up in future, police said in a statement.
SSP Shri Javaid Iqbal, DySP Headquarter Sopore Mashkoor Ahmad Zargar, SDPO Rafiabad Dr. Idrees Ahmad, CPO Sopore, Sr. PO Dangiwacha and other senior officers of the district attended the function.
