Patwari booked for managing fake execution deed

SRINAGAR, JUNE 07 On the direction of District Magistrate Srinagar, Crime Branch Kashmir lodged First Information Report (FIR) against Nasrullah Khan S/O Mohammad Sadiq Khan R/o Hamdania, colony, Chanapora Srinagar who in connivance with Patwari Halqa Nursing Garh Srinagar Syed Khursheed Ahmad, who has resorted forged signatures of then Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar South Srinagar to execute fictitious  sale deeds in the office of learned Sub, Registrar Srinagar on 26-05-2016, 07-09-2016, and 19-12-2016 respectively in respect of the land pertaining to Sanatan Dharama Saba.

Thus the Patwari in connivance with Nasrullah Khan S/O Mohammad Sadiq Khan R/o Hamdania, colony, Chanpora by abuse of his official position has managed execution of sale deeds on the basis of fake and forged revenue documents. Accordingly, Case FIR No. 19/2018 U/S 420,467,468,471,120-BRPC r/w 5(2) P.C Act against accused Nasrullah Khan S/o Mohammad Sadiq Khan R/o Hamdania, Colony Chanpora Srinagar and Syed Khursheed Ahmad the then Patwari Halqa Nursing Grah Srinagar.
