Srinagar: Awami Itehad Party (AIP) today observed 5th state flag day function at Municipal Park Jawahat Nagar, Srinagar.
State flag was hoisted and state anthem was played amid slogan shouting by AIP workers.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Langate, Er. Rasheed’s appealed the Govt. to declare 7th June as the state holiday.
Rasheed said that Kashmiris will protect what they have and will fight for what they deserve. He said “the separate identity of Jammu & Kashmir is ample proof that J&K is neither India’s integral part nor Pakistan’s jugular vein.
