Jammu, Jun 05: An alleged vehicle lifter was today arrested and three stolen motorcycles were recovered from him in Reasi district, police said.
Rohan Singh, a resident of Nandkot, was arrested after investigation pointed to his involvement in the motorcycle theft in the Chassana area of the district, a police spokesperson said.
He said a motorcycle was recently stolen from the area and accordingly investigation was taken up after registration of an FIR.
During questioning, Singh also revealed his involvement in two more theft cases in Rajouri district and accordingly both the motorcycles were recovered at his disclosure.
