SRINAGAR, JUNE 01: The Enforcement squad comprising various concerned agencies conducted market checking of various Srinagar markets today.
The squad inspects markets at Shaheed Gunj, Barbar Shah, Koni Khann, Gagribal, Manzgam, Brane, Boulevard, Karan Nagar, and Bemina.
During market checking, 75 business establishments were inspected and a penal sum of Rs 5800 was collected as fine from 22 erring shopkeepers for violation of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
