Wahabpora beats Nasrullahpora by 13 runs

Budgam: In the ongoing knockout cricket tournament being played at “Friendz Cricket Stadium Kakninmaran”, Wahabpora defeated Nasrullahpora by 13 runs, and thereby entering into second round.

After winning the toss, Wahabpora decided to bat first and failed to set a daunting  target for rivals. They scored only 112 runs for the loss of nine tickets in allotted 17 overs.

While chasing the target, Nasrullahpora were bundled out for 99 runs as no batsman of the said team could cross the 20 run mark.

Shafiq from Wahabpora shook the batting line of opponents by taking five wickets. He also scored 35 runs, highest individual score in a match.

Meanwhile, this tournament is of 18 overs. But due to light rainfall the match was cut short by 1 over.
