Srinagar, May 11:  Muneef Buchh, Junior System Engineer of Information Technology Department today transferred to Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell as I.T Professional on ex-cader basis with immediate effect.

The official shall retain his lien, seniority and promotion prospects in his parent department.
