Barcelona draw with Real Madrid to maintain undefeated streak in La Liga
BARCELONA: Spanish champions Barcelona maintained their unbeaten record in LaLiga this season with a 2-2 Clasico draw against rivals Real Madrid at Camp Nou, despite Sergi Roberto’s first-half red card.
Barcelona played 45 minutes with 10 men but managed to extend their record undefeated streak in the top flight to 42 matches, a record that stretches back to April 2017.
Spanish champions led twice through Luis Suarez and then Lionel Messi at the Camp Nou, but Real equalised both times courtesy of goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
