FAISALABAD: Pakistan’s young batsman Sohaib Maqsood has been injured during the final of the Pakistan One-day Cricket Cup being played here at the Iqbal Stadium on Sunday.
He was immediately taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.
Sohaib was playing for the Federal Areas against Khybar Pakhtunkhwa in the final.
He has been in a terrific form in the tournament, making 267 runs at an average of 85.66.
