PCC Tarzova secures victory under Duckworth Lewis Victory

Sopore: Ghulam Hassan’s all-round performance and excellent knock of 63 runs by Asif helped PCC Tarzova to secure a 43 run victory against Challengers Khoie under the Duckworth Lewis method in the rain hit T20 match of ‘Wular Premiere League’ today here at sheikh-ul-Alam Stadium Tarzova.

Asif Played an excellent knock of 63 runs while Ghulam Hassan added valuable 33 runs and PCC Tarzova post 196 runs here. After the completion of 11 overs Challengers Khoie were 77 runs for the loss of 6 wickets and the umpires called-off the match due unstoppable rainfall.

Due to continuous rainfall umpires decided to go through the Duckworth Lewis method where PCC Tarzova was declared winner by 43 runs. Ghulam Hassan was adjudged man of the match for splendid performance with both bat and ball. He scalped 2 important wickets.
