J&K Bank Officers Federation General Secretary, Suresh Gupta, while hailing the contribution of Kaiser Bhat said, “I admire Kaiser for being one of the most matured, sincere and dynamic trade unionists of the bank. We all are proud of him and wish him best of health, peace and prosperity in post retirement life. His contribution as trade union leader towards the betterment of employees of the bank will always be remembered.”

Mohammad Amin Khan, former J&K Bank Officers Association president said, “People in the bank were afraid of talking about unionism when Kaiser joined the bank in 1984. He dared to participate in the trade union activities soon after joining the bank for the welfare of the employees. He throughout his career exhibited honesty and dedication at all fronts. I wish him all the best for his post retirement period.”

Shaher-i-Khas Trade Union Coordination committee chairman, Nazir Ahmad Shah, in his statement said, “Kaiser Bhat was not only fruitful for his fellow employees as a trade union leader, but was also very helpful to the people of the state who are in trade and business.” While appreciating his tenure as branch head at Lel Ded, Ompora and

Zonimar Branches of the bank, and rendering relentless services during his postings at various branches of the bank, he said, “Kaiser was very positive and helpful for the customers. He was an honest and dedicated officer of the bank and his contribution in the trade and business will be remembered for all times to come. We wish him all the best. It is very difficult to find such dedicated officers.”

A group of J&K Bank officers who have remained very close to Kaiser hailed him for his leadership qualities. “He was always preaching that the main objective of the trade unionism in the bank was to act as watch dog  and raise voice against the ill policies and wrong doings. He was always giving priority to the welfare of the bank during the course of his trade unionism.”

Notably, Kaiser has held various positions, in workmen union and officers association/federation of the bank as President, vice president assistant general secretary and general secretary.
