Jammu, Apr 27: Police today arrested a youth involved in many snatching incidents, particularly from women, in Jammu city and seized several mobile phones from him.
During interrogation, Paras Dubey confessed to his crimes, a police official said.
“Police recovered seven mobile phones and other items from his possession. More recoveries are expected after sustained questioning,” he said.
