Ganderbal Apr 27: Annual General Meeting of the Ganderbal Karata Association was held in Vijay Memorial Educational institute here. Chairman of Vijay Memorial Educational institute, Sanjay Verma was appointed President of the Association.
Mujahid Yaqoob was appointed as General Secretary, Iqra Rasool as treasurer, Musaib Bilal as joint secretary and Idrees Ali was appointed as Publicity secretary.
Other members which were included in the association are Ali Mohammed, Javid Ahmad Shah, Niyaz Ahmad, Tufail Ahmad, Firdous Qurashi, Bilal Ahmad And Ishfaq.
In the meeting members discussed various issues of Karata in Ganderbal and expressed their views for promotion and development of Karate in Ganderbal.
On the occasion Sanjay Verma said, “I will do my best to develop Karata in the district . we have to work very hard to promote Karta and everyone of us should work consistently for it.”
General Secretary Mujahid Yaqoob Thanked Sanjay Verma for taking keen interest in development of Karata in Ganderbal and wished him all the best for the endeavor.
