Sultan Warriors thrash Kashmir Glass Industry by 7 wickets

Sopore, April 24: In the ongoing ‘Wular Premier League’, Sultan Warriors defeated Kashmir Glass Industry (KGI) by 7 wickets. Earlier KGI won the toss and lost a couple of wickets in the onset overs, before Waseem and Javid held nerve as both played responsible constructive knocks of 38 and 27 runs as KGI posted 139 runs in allotted 20 overs. For Sultan Warriors, Rayees bagged 2 wickets while as Hilal, Zahoor, and Manzoor picked a wicket each. In reply, Sultan Warriors accomplished the target of 139 runs in 17th over with Aqib (48) and Rayees (32) remaining the top scorers. Rayee of Sultan Warriors was adjudged as man of the match for his splendid match wining all-round performance.
