BANDIPORA, APRIL 24:  To ensure smooth conduct of SSB written examination scheduled on 29th of April 2018, District Development Commissioner (DDC), Bandipora Khursheed Ahmad Sania today convened a meeting of all concerned to finalize the arrangements.

The meeting was attended by SDM Sumbal, ACR, Principals of Government colleges and Higher Secondary Schools, ACD, Programme officer ICDS, DFO and other concerned.

The meeting discussed threadbare various key issues pertaining to the facilities put in place for smooth conduct of examination.

It was given out that 4258 candidates are appearing in the examination for which an adequate number of officials including Supervisory Staff and magistrates, monitoring and flying squads have been engaged for the purpose at 16 examination centres established in the district.

The DDC while addressing the meeting called for a close coordination between the officers and officials. He also directed for maintenance of proper arrangements for seating, lighting, and water supply at all the centres. He also directed the designated magistrates and supervisors to adhere to the rules and regulations of the examination for its fair conduct.

Meanwhile, it was informed that the examinees, as well as the invigilators, will not be allowed to use any kind of mobile phone or electronic device in the examination hall.
