The concept of metaphysics has a very imperative place and ground in the logical structure of the epistemology and knowledge, as it is a catalyst of many social theories and deontic views of thought. The metaphysical logic helps us to decipher the axiomatization of the scientific theories and in this way runs the formalization techniques and proceeds with geometrical sketches and structures. Thence the high order metaphysics should be based on set-theoretical foundations and should advance us to a fuller level of understanding the society. From the point of view of the metaphysical foundationalism and principles of metaphysical fundamentalism one concept is accompanied by the another concept through its geometrical sketches and cocktail and therefore in the practice it is not divinity to remain mum if the rights of the individuals or consumers are jeopardised by anyone without following the procedure and practice of law. Rather the NGO’s and the civil citizen groups should come forward to protect, strengthen and emancipate their rights and interests.

Thence in the centre of philosophical discussions, this is the thing that something special occurs for the protection and empowerment of the rights and interests of women and consumers and the rights and claims of the disadvantaged and marginalised sections of the society are not encroached rather the political will should have it on priority agenda that all the equalitarian jurisprudence is swung into action so that their rights are not played with by all and sundry. The mirror of this existence is the sovereign will and social utilities which are enshrined in the edifices of the constitution and landmark ratio decidendi carried in precedents and prospective and progressive legislations. Therefore the nature of the social world, the causal relations and the explanation of the social phenomena and ontology of events should be carried out and done meticulously through verifiable tools and logical constructs.
