Anantnag, Apr 12: A boy was injured on Thursday after an exploded shell went off at yesterday’s gunfight site in Wani Mohalla area of Khudwani in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

Reports said that people were clearing the debris of the houses damaged during the gunfight yesterday when a shell went off.

A boy, identified as Shahid Rafiq Dar, son of Muhammad Rafiq Dar, resident of Ganjipora, suffered injuries in his eye and hand due to the explosion.

He was shifted to District Hospital Anantnag wherefrom he was referred to Srinagar’s SMHS Hospital for specialized treatment.
