Jammu, Apr 11 : A minor girl allegedly kidnapped by a youth a week ago was today rescued and the accused arrested during an operation in Rajouri district, police said.
Police launched a massive hunt after the parents of the girl, hailing from Bhawani village, lodged a complaint that she was abducted by a youth from Langer last week, the police said.
The girl was rescued from Nowshera area of the district and handed over to her parents, the police said, adding the accused was arrested.
