JK Bank EP inaugurates refurbished Faridabad branch, ATM

Srinagar, April 11: Executive President Vagish Chander, inaugurated the newly renovated and refurbished premises and ATM of its Faridabad , Haryana branch on 9th of April 2018 in the presence of Rajini Saraf, Zonal Head, Delhi North , Vice-presidents Janak Raj and Sareesh Sharma amid large number of valuable clients, senior citizens and local residents.

Speaking on the occasion Vagish said” I an happy to throw open to public our redesigned branch in Faridabad, which is one of the largest cities in the north Indian state of Haryana. The new look demonstrates the bank’s continued commitment and approach to provide latest products and services to our customers and enhance our bank’s image. The newly renovated branch is designed to offer our customers the best of both a traditional branch yet with modern amenities which our customers deserve’. He thanked the customers for their continuous support and unflinching loyalty to J&K Bank.

While giving a brief introduction about the bank and branch which was opened on 13th December 2002 i.e, more than 15 years ago, the Zonal Head apprised the audience about initiatives taken by the bank for the financial empowerment of the clients. The bank is proud to serve the customers of Haryana with modern and convenient banking services, personal banking besides offering varied products.

Soon after the inauguration a customer meet was organised in the premises which was attended by over 50 customers. A number of suggestions put forth by the customers were discussed threadbare and with regard to some of valuable suggestions it was decided to be considered in due course.

“This iconic branch, with a Banking Lounge and a dedicated Hall Incharge, will greet our customers both existing and potential with a new, modern and upgraded look and from the bank’s side, we assure fast and effective customer service ensuring greater efficiencies. We expect that the investment made in the new look, with the recommendations and good words of our satisfied customers, will help us grow in business manifold”, remarked the Zonal Head.

On the occasion the bank recognised and appreciated the loyalty of its customers who have been banking with us from the date of inception of branch by presenting them with mementos of honour in appreciation of their 15 years of valued relationship with J&K Bank. The three customers felicitated were Adarsh Kumar Aggarawal, the oldest Savings bank account holder, Mohan Lal Mangotra Proprietor of Sangam Transport Company, oldest current account holder and Anjali Raina of Kishmish Crafts, oldest limit holder of the branch.
