SRINAGAR, APRIL 11: Director Agriculture Kashmir Syed Altaf Aijaz Andrabi today conducted a surprise inspection of various subordinate offices of the Agriculture complex Lal Mandi Srinagar.
During the inspection, 21 employees were found absent from duties. Director on spot ordered an administrative action against the absentees as per J&K Civil Services Rules.
On the occasion, Director Agriculture said that there will be no compromise on the punctuality, people friendliness and accountability in the department. He said such a drive will be held on routine basis to curb the menace of absenteeism.
