Srinagar: Lashing out at lawyers over blocking challan in eight year child’s rape and murder, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir today expressed surprise over this move and described it as politically motivated, obnoxious and a conspiracy to achieve something out of this heinous crime on the part of those hindering the process of justice.
The act of hindering the justice amounts to endorsement of heinous crimes, the law makers should not look as law breakers, G.A. Mir said.
“When the lawyers representing people in the courts indulge in such type of unlawful acts, what would one expect from them. This is obnoxious, unfortunate and brings bad name to their profession”, said Mir in a statement issued today.
