DDC Bandipora reviews Capex Budget for current financial year

BANDIPORA, APRIL 4: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Bandipora, Khursheed Ahmad Sanai convened a meeting of all sectoral and district officers to finalize the District Capex Budget for current financial year here today.

The meeting discussed threadbare various issues with regard to formation of the budget in order to make it people friendly. The meeting also discussed action taken report of previous board decisions.

During the meeting, the DDC gave on the spot directions to remove the bottle necks and other issues raised by the concerned Officers.

Speaking on the occasion the DDC stressed upon the officers to be proactive on their beats and ensure that no complaint should come from the public in redressing their genuine problems, adding that every department need to be linked with public at grass root level. He also directed Sectoral level officers to ensure proper monitoring of Development works across the district.

The departments which were discussed in the meeting include R&B, Education, Health, Housing Board, Animal/ Sheep Husbandry, Fisheries, Hydraulic, PDD and Rural Development.
