JAMMU, APRIL 3: Mian Altaf Ahmad, Member J&K Legislative Assembly from Kangan, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Mian Altaf discussed with the Governor issues relating to the security environment along the borders and in the State. He also voiced certain concerns about the disposition of the Yatra Base Camp at Baltal consequent to the commencement of construction of the Approach Road to the Western Portal of the Zojila Pass Tunnel. Governor explained to Mian Altaf the advance action already taken by the Shrine Board in this behalf.
