Delhi’s point-man meets delegations in Bandipora
Srinagar, Mar 27: Amid tight security, a number of delegations on Tuesday called on Government of India’s interlocutor for Kashmir Dineshwar Sharma at Bandipora today.
Sharma, the former Intelligence Bureau director, is currently on his sixth Kashmir visit since his appointment on October 23 last year.
Sharma was in Bandipora today where he met various youth delegations.
During his earlier visits to the Valley, Sharma’s main focus remained on south Kashmir, which has witnessed major encounters and protests since the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) commander Burhan Wani in 2016.
