Rajouri, Mar 24: Fifteen persons, including Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, sustained injures during clashes in Nowshera district of Rajouri district on Saturday.
Reports said that DC Rajouri Shahid Iqbal was hit with a bottle in his head when he was negotiating with protesters.
Reports said the officer was cornered by protesters with whom he was negotiating. Around 14 others including four policemen and a senior police officer are among the injured. Some police vehicles have also been damaged in stone pelting, reports said.
