“I applied for state subject certificate in the office of the ADC Sopore a month ago but due to the non availability of ADC, the clerks cannot issue the certificate,” Suhaib Nabi a local resident of Sopore told Kashmir Images.

Like Suhaib Nabi, hundreds of others too are facing hardships due to non-availability ADC.

Source said that Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, who was posted as ADC Sopore is reluctant to join because of some personal

issues with the administration department.

When contacted, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Nasir Ahmad Naqash acknowledged the problem of the locals. “I hope Mohammad Ashraf Dar will assume the charge very soon so that the pending official and developmental work can be resumed,” Deputy Commissioner told Kashmir Images.
